She and her partner, Jon (a data consulting powerhouse), love playing soccer, investing together, and spending time outdoors with their dogs.

Nick Cooley

Nick has been in real estate for 8+ years, but his journey started well before that. He jumped into the industry with his own investments, quickly realizing he could match and even outperform the agents he had worked with. That experience led him to dive head first into residential, commercial, investment, multi-unit deals, and even wholesaling.

His superpower? Negotiation. He knows how to structure deals, maximize returns, and create winning opportunities, whether it's securing the best price for buyers or maximizing profits for sellers. With a strong background in sales, Nick could “sell ice to Eskimos,'“ and his ability to see value and potential where others don’t makes him an invaluable asset to his clients.

When he’s not closing deals, Nick and his wife, Hannah (a badass in the healthcare field), love traveling, skiing, and growing their investment portfolio.
